The Facilities Division's purpose is to secure facilities that provide a functional work environment for state employees. To meet this goal, the division works collaboratively with customers to competitively deliver services. Key services include: building operations and maintenance; leasing and land sales/acquisitions; space planning and construction project management; parking; statewide facilities program management and resource conservation.
